building your outdoor vision

We’ll ask you some introductory questions to understand your vision, goals, budget and timeline. With these in mind, we will schedule an on-site consult with one of our specialists.

We will assess your current landscaping and come up with a plan to create your dream yard, budget and timeframe for completion. During this consult, we can discuss our estimate vs design route - not every project needs a design.

Our goal is to get estimates on the plan we discussed back to you within 3 business days of your on-site consultation. The estimate will be broken down by task/item for clarity.

If you’re not sure what you would like, or would like to see the plan on paper first, let us design it for you! With this option, you pay an upfront design retainer that allows us to devote time to a custom 2D CAD design for your yard. We include two major revisions (three versions) in this fee which is reimbursed if you go ahead with the installation through Jenron.

Once you’re happy with the quote, we will send you a contract to sign and request a deposit. Once that is taken care of, your project is added to our  construction schedule and your spot is reserved! After you have signed on we will draft a sketch of your project and send it to you for your approval  before we start the installation. All materials should be  selected and finalized at this time to ensure an on time and smooth installation at your residence.

Your project manager will keep in contact with you about your project start date as it approaches. An on site meeting between the project manager and crew foreman will be scheduled for the first day of your project. If you have any questions throughout the installation, please direct them to the project manager.
